WORKSHOP

Safety instructions in advance:

- Never use estim devices in combination with cardiac pacemakers, heart diseases or similar health problems

- The electrical path should never lead through the heart

- Don’t use estim while being pregnant or with children

- Only use electrodes beyond the waist

- Increase the intensity slowly!

- Never use electrodes on hurt skin

- Do not contact body piercing directly

- Don’t operate machines or drive cars or motorcycles while using estim

- Take care to be in a stable position

- Never contact body electrodes to other electrical devices than estim units like the e-play.

We don’t take any responsibility if you don’t consider these safety references!

The electrodes that contact to your body have a very large influence on the effect of the electrical pulses. They shouldn’t be too small and fit tight to the skin. If they were too small, the current is concentrated to a small area and may result in bad feeling or may be even burning. By the way: this method is used in medicine to remove red points from the skin but has got to do absolutely nothing with the joy of estim!

Metal based electrodes are best to grant a good contact. They should fit tight to the body.

We recommend to use water based lubricants or water in order to achieve a good electrical contact and fix the electrodes closely using a rubber band or similar.

Using single ended electrodes, the current will take it’s path through the body. This may be very exciting to feel the current flowing from one place of your body the other where the second electrode is attached. For example a single ended plug in combination with a penis tube or vagina shield is very exciting.
